As part of an independent study, I pushed myself to learn more about the shape and silhouettes of fabric, and how it can sit differently on a body. The study consisted of doing a series of "copying the masters" exercises, ranging from William Larkin to John Singer Sargent.
I have included the original paintings, along with my recreations.
