La Bohème

For this 20th Century version of the Opera "La Bohème" originally written by Giacomo Puccini, the time period moves between the 1930's and 1950's, as the poet Rodolfo recalls his memories of his tragic love story between himself and the beautiful seamstress Mimi.

For my role as crafts in this Opera Production, I distressed Mimi's 20 year old dusty Beret, Painted Marcello's "smock", made the flowers for Mimi's collar, prepared hats, rubbered shoes, helped with alterations and fittings, and assisted on the wardrobe crew.
